Sriracha Uses Recipes For Spice Lovers

A sriracha is a spicy sauce made with red chili and garlic, and is serve especially with Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Over the years, there are already been a lot of sriracha uses recipes that has been developed. If you love this sauce just like everybody else, then this sriracha braised brisket sandwiches recipe by Bonappetit is perfect for you.

First stop on the list is buttered shrimp. You will need 2 tablespoons of butter and minced fresh basil and mint, 6 tablespoons of sriracha, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1 pound shrimp with head on, and 1 tablespoon of lemon zest. This is very simple, all you need to do is whip butter with the spicy sauce and melt this in a skillet.

In a pan, saute the minced garlic first then toss the shrimp. Right before the cooking is done, add in the mint, lemon zest, and basil. Let them wilt and you are done. Simply combine lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and sriracha is a glass with ice. Rimmed the salt in the mouth of the glass and top it off with some lager. For the preparation, combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and chill overnight. The next day, add vodka into it and stir well. Fill glasses with some ice and pour the bloody Mary.
