Insights On Efficiently Becoming Defenders Of The Gospel

By Carl Richardson

Defending your religion is not the easiest thing that one has to do. However, this battle does not have to always shed blood. You can be a Christian in your words and actions and that can be enough to make people affirm the kind of organization that you belong to. Do this simply because the world needs more kind people.

You have to do your best in being a true disciple. Anybody can claim to be defenders of the Gospel but your actions and the way you choose to live is what can separate you from them. In the presence of people who are provoking you, simply pray for their souls because they are the ones who shall be ruined not you.

You must be ready to confess all of your sins. It may be shameful to do it in front of a priest but you need to be cleansed. You also need to show repentance for everything that you did. It may be in the past but an absolution is still required for you to officially begin with your transition.

Read the Gospel and put it into action. If not, then one is merely a spectator of the Word. You would not be able to touch lives if you fail to make this world a better place. Words of encouragement from the Bible that are being said to another person can come a long way. So, put that into practice somehow.

Seek the direction of the Lord in everything you do. Remember that you are only human and there will always be better options which one does not see as of the moment. Just trust the process and continue serving Him in any way you can. That can give you the sense of fulfillment which you are waiting for.

Allow the non believers to continue what they are doing. It may be unfair on your part but there is nothing more you could do about them. They have their personal nature and you can always choose to mind your own business. Learn to forgive because that is what the Lord will always ask from you.

You should start having meaningful prayers. Remember that your personal relationship with the Lord is what really matters the most. So, spend at least one hour with Him before you go to bed. Never be too busy for your Savior. Plus, allow this to be the time when you could reflect on everything that happened so far. This could guide you on where you still want to be.

Maintain the friendship you have with the non Catholic group. It is not their fault they have been born to a different religion. What is vital is that you all believe in the Supreme Being and one shall stop hurting other people along the way. We are all equal in this world.

Be patient. Everyone is going through different kinds of battle every day. Sometimes, they do not really hate you for your religion. They are just having a rough day and that is when you need to become a Christina.
