Plan your day properly so that you don't skip meals. Your body will go into a typical fat storage mode and in this way you will be unable to burn as many calories. You will be starving yourself. It is a lot better to eat a couple of small meals a day. Some people prefer to have a couple of snacks available in the cupboard or in the refrigerator.

Remember that your emotions are important at a time like this. This especially relates to people who get stressed. You may feel as if you want to give up time and time again. You need to stay calm, and this can be achieved by participating in creative activities. You can also start the day by meditating or spending some quiet time by yourself.
