Now the first of the four beasts came from the sea and was a lion that had wings. Although the lion was flying, his wings were eventually plucked out and the lion was now standing on the ground like a man. The interpreters stated that the lion is a superpower country that slowly loses its power.
After the first monster came out, then the second one soon followed after it. The second one had the image of a bear and was equally as fierce and aggressive as one too. Now this second beast was said to be a growing and powerful country that was also as fierce as a bear.
Now the third one would be in the shape of a leopard that had four wings on its back. Now the four beasts also had four heads which was said that the four heads represented the four territories bestowed upon the beast. So most interpreters would see the leopard or the third beast as not an individual country but as a group of countries which has four kingdoms under it.
Now the fourth beast was not given any animal shape but it was said to have teeth of iron and was said to be stronger than all the other beasts. It had ten horns that was said to be the kingdoms that were under the fourth beast. Now Bible interpreters would state that the fourth beast was a representation of a world dominating power that was composed of ten countries that could actually rule the earth.
