While most religious programs focus less on action and more on outcome, others only want to help those in need. As such, many individuals often get bogged down with the issues rather than how those issues will effect people in the future. For example, it would be great to see the world as a fully functioning egalitarian paradise though this is something that most agree will never be a reality.

For, in participating in these type programs, it is believed that believers are working toward a more just world in the future. Whether it's abuse to human rights, dying infants, economic exploitation or human trafficking, it is often clear that those living a more just life will often also find a more just future.
