Not possible you say - but there are simple ways you can lose weight and keep it off.
Eat foods that flow. Eat fruit first not last during the meal. Eat melon in season as a starter. Fruit quickly digests or turns to liquid.
Eat often and in small portions - easier to digest and maintains your energy.
Don't clog up your colon with slow digesting red meat (a steak can take up to five days to break down) or sticky dairy. Avoid processed foods; a packaged takeaway, which may contain hydrogenated oils.
Drink lots of filtered water - at least six glasses or more per day. Try drinking warm water with an herb. Try the Moroccan herb verbena which is sold in bags.
Eat lots of good fibre. Start the day with porridge or sugar-free muesli. Fibre helps keep a healthy colon and helps elimination.
Eat loads of vegetables with small amounts of easy to digest protein.
Avoid sugary foods and processed foods packed with sugar. This causes sugar imbalances, which lead to yo-yo dieting and binge eating.
Vary your diet - change menus each day - add colour to make it interesting.
Eat well at breakfast and lunch - much less in the evening. Never eat late because without exercise you will store fat.
Take a leaf from Asian cooking using herbs and spices, which break down fats and help weight control. Good examples are: Ginseng, Cayenne, Ginger.
Go to bed early - get a good eight hours. A healthy rested (contented) adult will be less likely to eat 'comfort' unhealthy foods.
Cut out those dangerous foods. Foods that leave you wanting more - chocolate, ice-cream (really iced cream and sugar and fat). Avoid mayonnaise filled sandwiches.
Keep your liver healthy with health giving juices such as beetroot, cucumber, carrot and apple all the berries and all the greens. Lots of salads and don't forget to sprinkle with lecithin
Finally, don't forget the 'Power Packed Greens' - dark green leafy vegetables. Broccoli, Asparagus, Spinach, Parsley and Sprouts all especially good eaten raw.
